Timmy Solomito, driving his family owned Modified while awaiting parts for his WPW 99 Modified, won the Modified feature despite what seemed a certain red Modified's ongoing effort to wreck him.

The 49 WAS involved in this accident. However, after viewing this video 50 time, he was not at fault. Nor was he the cause for the caution. He had position on the other racecar. The other car chopped down on him, the 49 hit the rumble strips and got into the other car. NOW, befor ANYONE starts saying I'm defending the 49, he has driven far below what I would consider his standard. If he has had run-ins earlier this season, its the officials job to set the standard. Should he be fined/suspended? Don't know or care. Only in this instance, from what I could see, the officials got this ONE right. JMHO
